AviMail Internet Solution has created this E-mail Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information, and our on-going adherence by and for us, our partners and clients, to our company marketing policies which pre-date and are now reflected in the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
As we have in the past, we will continue, and require our partners and clients, to prohibit false or misleading transmission information and/or deceptive subject lines, and continue to require opt-out instructions in all communications.

Why did you receive an e-mail fromAviMail Internet Solution?

AviMail Internet Solution is intended to be used for responsible, permission based e-mail marketing; as such we do not endorse the delivery of unsolicited commercial e-mails (UCE). AviMail Internet Solution endorses delivery to recipients who have requested to receive e-mail messages. AllAviMail Internet Solution recipients have the option to remove themselves from any future mailings via our method for unsubscription (opt-out) that is present in every message (See Additional Methods Below), said email addresses then maintained within a required suppression list.AviMail Internet Solution reassures every recipient that said policy is followed explicitly, and apologizes for an inconvenience to a recipient believing they have received an unsolicited message.

What happens with your personal information?

AviMail Internet Solution will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without advance permission or unless ordered to by a court of law. Information submitted toAviMail Internet Solution is only available to employees and contracted service providers for the purposes of providing services relating to communications with you based upon your request.

How can you stop receiving e-mails fromAviMail Internet Solution?

Option1: Each e-mail sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving e-mails fromAviMail Internet Solution. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email to be automatically unsubscribed.
Option2: Click HERE to unsubscribe your email(s) from our list.
Option3: Reply to the email with the words "Unsubscribe" or "Remove" in the subject line

AviMail Internet Solution strives to maintain appropriate security measures in our respective physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. AlthoughAviMail Internet Solution takes reasonable measures to secure our data and continually update technology, we cannot guarantee that all of our measures taken are or will remain adequate.

Changes to E-mail Privacy Policy

From time to time,AviMail Internet Solution may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this E-mail Privacy Policy notice. If our information practices change,AviMail Internet Solution will post all changes to the policy on this E-mail Privacy Policy page to notify you of such changes and to provide you with the ability to opt-out of our system.
